Role
The purpose of this committee is to oversee the Christian education needs of the church.

Responsibilities
The Education and Leadership Committee is responsible for the children's "Welcome to Worship" materials, Sunday morning nursery and Bible Story Time for newborns through 5 yr olds, confirmation classes, and summer Vacation Bible School. Education and Leadership also offers numerous opportunities for to our church family and community to engage in conversation and study about God and our faith, and to look at how we as disciples live out our faith in God's creation.

Membership
The Education and Leadership Committee is chaired by a member of Session. Membership is open to any members of the congregation. Participation on the part of the Pastor as a non-voting advisory member is encouraged.
